1. manusia semenjak awal peradaban merantau dengan berbilang dan pelbagai tujuan

2. tujuan tersebut sperti mencari ilmu, mencari kekayaan, mencari kehidupan baru, meluaskan jajahan takluk, melebarkan sayap politik, menyebarkan dakwa islamiyah, dan mengembang ekonomi dengn perdagangan.

3. sebagai contoh, batu bersurat yand ditemui di terengganu pada 1899 di kuala berang terengganu menunjukkan bahawa Islam, dan pedagang arab (huruf jawi) telah lama menjejakkan kaki di asia tenggara terutama sekali malaysia.

4. ini menunjukkan mereka merantau jauh dari tanah air dengan tujuan tertentu, yang pasti memberi faedah kepada merea.

5. kembali kepada tajuk, merantau sekarang bagi aku ialah belajar, mencari pengalaman, kenalan dan belajar untuk berdikari, jika hendak dibandingkan dengan beratus tahun dahulu, cabarannya mungkin jauh sekali berbeza.

6. namun bagi aku, apa yang terbentang sekarang mungkin setara dengan yang lampau, sekiranya org dahulu berbulan menempuh badai gelora dan risiko menghidapi penyakit di atas pelayaran, sekarang sama saja, berbulan di bandar dengan hujan yang berasid, habuk, bahkan mudah terjebak dengan penyakit berjangkit seperti TB dan flu yang fatal.

7. setakat apa yang aku rasa, aku masih dalam pengajian, masih mengaji dan menimba ilmu, masih lagi berhutang pasa kerajaan, jauh lagi perjalanan namun jauh sekali untuk aku berhenti. gagal aku pada waktu dulu bukan penghalang bahkan membuka mata dan minda untuk terus jalan jalan dan jalan

Ingredients:

* 8 lamb chops, about 2 1/2 pounds
* salt and pepper
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* flour
* 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
* 6 green onions, sliced
* 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1/2 cup dry red wine, such as pinot noir (ganti la dengan vinegar ke,air ribena ke)

Preparation:
Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Lightly coat chops with flour; place in hot skillet. Sear until well browned, turning once. Remove to a plate and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.

To the skillet add the mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and butter. Cook the vegetables, stirring, for 4 minutes. Add beef broth and red wine and simmer until reduced by about 1/3. Add lamb chops, cover skillet, and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until lamb chops are done as desired.
Serves 4.

movie ni mengisahkan seorang gadis 14 tahun, Susie Salmon (saoirse ronan) yang mati dibunuh kejam oleh seorang bangsat pedophile (stanley tucci). susie menjadi roh yang tak keruan,terperangkap di antara dunia dan syurga disebabkan hal yang belum di setelkan. ayahnya (mark wahlberg) dan ibunya (rachel weisz) tak keruan akibat nahas tragedi yang menyayat hati,manakna tidak,anak yang dibesarkan bagai menatang minyak yang penuh mati dibunuh kejam oleh seorang lelaki berhati iblis.

teknik penceritaan agak menarik apabila si mati aka susie salmon sendiri menjadi narator untuk kisah mati beliau. setelah pulang ke sekolah,salmon di umpan si bagsat yang berpura menunjukkan rumah bawah tanah yang baru disiapkan di sebuah ladang jagung. tanpa diduga,lawatan terakhir salmon bertukar targedi apabila die dibunuh,mayatnya dibungkus dalam guni dan dihumban kedalam peti besi.

tapi apa yang menarik, filem arahan Peter Jackson ini (Lord Of The Ring,King Kong) menggarap ciri2 efek istimewa,bukan seperti filem thriller yang tipikal. berkisarkan latar masa tahun 1973,di amerika.lanskap perumahan suburb yang sederhana serta alunan musik indah menjadikan cerita ini bagaikan sebuah cerita yang romantis! tetapi menceritakna tentang pembunuhan. (jaddah aku tulis ni)

ni mmg kegemaran aku sejak kecik, arwah bapak aku expose kan aku makan ulam2 and terutamanye petai. makan sekali sekale takpe.

Bahan-bahan ( 2 org makan )

* segenggam besar ikan bilis yang telah dibersihkan (boleh beli di pasar)
* segenggam besar bawang merah - dimayam (terlebih skit takpe, sambal semakin sedap)
* seulas bawang putih - dimayam
* 1 1/2 sudu besar cili boh @ cili kering yg telah dikisar (tambah jika ingin lagi pedas @ kisar sekali beberapa cilipadi)
* santan dari 1/2 biji kelapa parut (untuk santan pekat, diperah dgn secawan air saja). kalau ikan bilis lagi byk, ambik santan dari sebiji kelapa.
* sebiji bawang besar - dimayam
* petai dibuang kulit (kuantiti ikut selera anda)
* garam
* minyak masak

Cara-cara

1. panaskan minyak dan gorengkan ikan bilis sehingga layu (tapi tidak garing)
2. masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih yang telah dimayam. goreng untuk 2-3 minit atau hingga layu, dan tambahkan cili boh, goreng untuk 2 minit. kacau hingga sebati kesemua bahan2.
3. masukkan santan dan bawang besar, kacau hingga sebati
4. masukkan garam sedikit sahaja dan petai, kecilkan api dan tutup kuali
5. kacau sekali sekala. pastikan api kecil. setelah pecah minyak, semuanya masak. Dihidang dgn nasi panas atau roti bom
6. resipi ini perlukan sedikit sahaja garam kerana semakin lama diatas api, air ikan bilis akan turun dan sambal akan masin akhirnya
